Many of the apartments will have a nice view of the wall of the museum, or the very busy Grey St/Melbourne St intersection and busway.

1/3 of the site lies in the flood plain, and it was inundated and cut-off in the floods.
Plus the current buildings are chock'o'block with asbestos. The safe demo is going to be both costly and time consuming. There'll be no room for short-cuts either
