Grey Street, South Bank

Part of Grey Street at South Bank (South Brisbane) is getting a major and needed facelift.

• The new ABC headquarters are almost complete.
• The new entrance and shops at the Convention Centre are complete and have opened.
• The Queensland Conservatorium has done minor improvements to the streets cape -- more work is needed here.
• The Rydges Hotel is improving its street front.
• The South Brisbane train station landscaping and heritage features are being improved.

All of these improvements add value to the apartments on Grey Street (such as Saville and Arbour).
